Kingaroy Observatory welcomes SkyWatchers of all ages to come and experience viewing the wonders of the Universe through large telescopes and hear an on-going commentary by host astronomer, James Barclay.
Schools, bus tours and community groups are welcome.

Schools & Groups
Night shows are ideal for all ages above 5-years, Schools, Community groups, Bus and Coach tours. For schools, we can cover any aspect of the Solar System and Universe that fits into the National Science Curriculum.
Whether it's a school, a community based group or a social group by car, bus or coach, we can start anytime that suits your schedule.
School teachers and groups organisers, are free of charge. Parents attending pay the Students rate - $20.

Terms & Conditions
- Day or Night shows not suitable for children under five years of age.
- ALL prices above are cash only. A bank fee of 5% is added for c/card transactions.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include GST
- Minimum number of attendees for a group booking: 30
- Maximum number of attendees: 45
- A 25% deposit is required when submitting a group booking.
- If your group is unable to attend on the booked date due to weather, lack of numbers etc we offer a three (3) month rain check.
- If you do not choose to reschedule your booking within 3 months, your deposit will be forfeited.
- A discount may be available for bookings of 30+ Adults. No further discounts will apply for pensioners, students or children.
